Steelhead Salmon is also known as Rainbow Trout, & Fjord Salmon. It comes from the Trout family. However, It is very similar to the Norwegian Salmon and has orange meat.It’s called Fjord because Fjord is a long, narrow, deep inlet of the sea between high cliffs, as in Russia and other cold countries, typically formed by the submergence of a glaciated valley.
